The Smart Seed flax seed therapy packs are natural way to gently soothe life's aches and pains.
Each pack is handmade and contains 100% flax seed grown in North Dakota. Select from a variety of packs that are just the right size for the neck/shoulders, abdomen, back, eye/sinuses, and children's boo boos. Packs can be stored in the freezer for cooling therapy or warmed in the microwave for heat therapy. All items are carefully hand sewn and beautifully packaged to enjoy or give as a gift.

Heidi lives in Lincoln, North Dakota with her husband and three kiddos - ages 13, 9, and 7. She has been sewing since she was a young girl and loves to create things that are both functional and beautiful. When she isn't behind a sewing machine, she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, baking, and home decorating.

Flax seed packs can be stored in the freezer to use a gentle cold pack. Unlike ice, the seeds remain moldable after being frozen so the packs gently conform to the affected area.
